Please note that while you may not receive a direct response from the WCI team, rest assured that your input is carefully considered to better serve our patients and their families.
Care Concerns
If you have any concerns about your care, these are shared with the appropriate Department Leadership to facilitate improvements. You will receive a written response from the WCI team assigned to your case within 7 to 10 business days, either by email or phone.
